How To Choose A Computer

If you're going to buy a new or upgrade your old computer, then you will find some useful tips on how to choose the best computer in this article.

Computer is a complicated interconnected system, which efficiency depends on the power of components that comprise it, and just the right combination thereof. So even if your computer has a super-processor, but it is not well cooled, there will not be any sense to buy it, because it can not operate at full capacity. That is, the computer system should be balanced so that all its components had an opportunity to realize all possible features.

Many stores will offer you a feature-rich ultra-modern supercomputers, which, when tested, may prove to be even worse than a computer with far less memory and the number of megahertz, but the latter will cost you much cheaper!

Before you buy or upgrade on your computer, you need to clearly define the purposes for which you will use a computer: Would you work with text, graphics, video or gaming?

Buy an assembled computer, or buy individually all the necessary components and assemble it yourself. If you really have all the necessary knowledge to do it yourself - then this is definitely the best option! Firstly, it is cheaper, and secondly, you get everything you need, all operating instructions, CD with drivers and so on.

If you do not want to overpay - buy in parts and then order the assembly to another computer service. Thus you get a warranty on each of the components and the entire computer!

Acceleration
Acceleration - is another way to save money when buying a computer. Roughly speaking, you can buy the components of lower class, and then set it up to bring it closer in performance to the above class.

Platform

This is one of the most difficult moments when choosing a computer, the fans for AMD and Intel are arguing which of these platforms is the best for many years. In this regard, there was a lot of rumors.

It is believed that AMD processors are more heated, and it was true until recently, but now the situation has changed, the manufacturer took into account the shortcomings of its processors and currently Intel processors sometimes heat stronger!

There is a myth that the processors from AMD are less reliable, that they are burned during the work and all that. This was also true until recently, and then only because of insufficient cooling.

The main difference between Intel and AMD is that AMD is cheaper, but they are more productive, better able to floating point, making this platform the best choice for gamers. Intel processors are more expensive, but also more reliable, they have a temperature controller, and at the critical level of heat the processor simply reduces productivity, thereby cooling down. That is, if they wanted such a processor not to burn, even with very poor cooling. In addition, Intel is working on a faster bus frequency, and hence in the problems of streaming encryption.

Memory

This is the second parameter you should consider, but there's no point in arguing, the more RAM - the better it will be. In addition to the amount of "RAM" you must consider the frequency at which it will work. Then again, the owners of processors Intel win, they operate with much greater frequency than AMD.

Thus, the price depends on the abilities of computer. Consider it wisely.

Choose a right computer for yourself. Good luck.
